Supporting Suppliers
Through our capability programme, we provide suppliers with the resources, tools and guidance needed to strengthen their practices, build knowledge on emerging topics, and independently identify and address safety, social, environmental and ethical issues.
We regularly develop and share guidance, training materials and practical tools covering topics such as process safety management, industrial hygiene, health and safety, environmental sustainability (including PIE and AMR), labour standards and ethics. We also host supplier conferences and webinars to support continuous learning and collaboration.

Maturity Pathway
Learning Plans and Maturity Models
Our topic-specific Maturity Models enable suppliers to understand where their organization sits on a pathway to best practice, based on the PSCI Principles. Suppliers can access a structured Learning Plan, mapped to the Maturity Models, with all content tailored to the pharmaceutical manufacturing context.
We use our annual Audit Findings Analysis to feed into the development of these resources, helping to ensure our models and content align with common and material issues being highlighted in audits.

Conferences and Technical Workshops
Our conferences and technical workshops provide valuable opportunities for suppliers to learn from industry experts, connect with peers, and collaborate on responsible business practices.
Each year, PSCI Members work together to deliver supplier conferences in key sourcing regions around the world. Increasingly, these events are delivered through a combination of in-person and virtual formats, enabling broader participation and engagement.
These events help suppliers stay up to date with emerging issues and industry developments, share best practice, better understand the PSCI Principles and associated resources, and engage directly with peers facing similar challenges.
