I learned about the PSCI in 2015 and it felt like a great achievement that in 2018 LEO Pharma became member of PSCI on my initiative. LEO Pharma is a big pharma company in Denmark, but it is a small pharma company on the global scale. In order to drive any change in our supply chain we must collaborate with others.

I think that the strength of PSCI is both the collaborations in the different formalised teams but also the more informal networks. Given our new reality where physical meetings are more limited, I hope we in PSCI can find a way to develop the more informal networks as well for the benefit of the wider group of member companies and to increase commitment and engagement. When I describe PSCI to my internal stakeholders, I usually say that PSCI is “a shell”, meaning that without contributions from members there is no collaboration at industry level. Therefore, I am committed to contribute on behalf of LEO Pharma and to provide the insights from a smaller member company.
