Meet the PSCI Leaders
A Member Led Initiative
The PSCI is a Member-led initiative, governed by an elected Board of Directors, which serves as the PSCI's primary decision-making body. The Board is supported in delivering the PSCI Strategy by three committees: Audit, Capability, and Projects. Committee Leads are elected by the committee contributors.
Subject matter experts across the PSCI Topic Teams contribute to the work of the Committees, and support the delivey of specific projects. Two regional teams in India and China provide local expertise to support the delivery of our conferences and projects in these regions.
Day to day, the PSCI is supported by a Secretariat, which assists the Board, Committees, and Teams to achieve their objectives.
The PSCI Board
The PSCI is governed by a Member-elected Board of Directors, which is our primary decision-making body. The Board develops and approves the PSCI's strategy and workplan to deliver the Members' goals and expectations.
The Board is composed of representatives from Member companies, who serve a three-year term.
The PSCI Committee Leads
The Committees deliver our three modes of impact: Audit, Capability, and Projects. The Committees consist of individuals from the Member companies who contribute their time and expertise.

The PSCI Topic Team Leads
The Topic Teams convene subject matter experts around the PSCI Principle topics and ensure our Audit Protocols and capability-building resources reflect good practice.
Topic Teams include: Decarbonization, Environment, Human Rights, Industrial Hygiene, Management Systems, PiE & AMR, Process Safety and Safety.
The Ethics Principle is managed on a project-by-project basis.
The PSCI Regional Team Leads
The Regional Teams in China and India provide local knowledge for major sourcing hubs to ensure our projects and tools meet the needs of suppliers in these regions.
The Regional Teams deliver the annual PSCI Conferences in China and India.
