The PSCI Welcomes its 2026 Board of Directors
The Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Initiative is delighted to announce its 2026 leadership appointments and extend heartfelt thanks to outgoing Chair Rob Williams for his impactful contributions, as he moves into the Past Chair role.
Lucy Latham: Chair
Lucy Latham, Global Procurement Head of ESG at Sandoz, will take on the role of Chair of the PSCI Board. Lucy brings over 15 years of expertise in procurement, sustainability, and compliance, with notable roles at Roche, GSK, Thales, and Rolls-Royce. Within the PSCI, Lucy spent 2025 as Vice Chair and was previously co-lead of the Decarbonization Topic Team.
Peter Nestor: Vice Chair
Peter Nestor, Head of Human Rights at Novartis, has been appointed Vice Chair. Within the PSCI, Peter has been active as the past Co-Lead of the Human Rights Topic Team, and now leads the Training Sub-team, building Member capability in this critical area. He is also active on Human Rights projects, including shared engagement with rightsholders and stakeholders and grievance mechanisms.
Daniel Rehm: Treasurer
Daniel Rehm, Operations Manager EEM Global API at Elanco Animal Health Inc., continues his role as Treasurer. Daniel has over 26 years of experience in process development, Health, Safety and Environment, and manufacturing. Daniel has been a dedicated PSCI member since 2016, leading the Process Safety Management Topic Team and co-leading the Capability Committee.
Li Liu: Treasurer
Li Liu, EHS Manager and Global Lead Auditor at Boehringer Ingelheim, will take on the role of PSCI Board Treasurer alongside 2025-2027 Treasurer Daniel Rehm. With 19 years of experience across R&D, operations, and EHS management, Li brings deep expertise in regulatory compliance, auditing, and sustainability. Li has been an active contributor to the PSCI in China for over a decade, serving as Co-lead of the China Regional Team.
Vincent Mignone: Secretary
Vincent Mignone, Senior Manager and EHS professional at Kenvue, has been appointed Secretary. Vincent brings deep expertise in environmental remediation, product stewardship, and sustainability, and is known for his pragmatic approach and commitment to continuous learning. He champions Kenvue’s engagement with the PSCI and was previously Co-Lead of the Environment Topic Team.
Warren Bird: Secretary
Warren Bird, Associate Director in Due Diligence & External Manufacturing at Merck (MSD), joins the Board for a two-year term as Secretary, succeeding James Lee who departed Moderna mid-term. At Merck (MSD), Warren leads EHS assessments of suppliers and supports due diligence and product development to ensure compliance with Merck’s Business Partner Code of Conduct, which aligns with the PSCI Principles.
The PSCI congratulates Lucy, Peter, Daniel, Li, Vincent, and Warren on their roles and looks forward to continued progress under their leadership.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to outgoing Board Members for their service:
Deirdre O'Reilly completed her term as Past Chair, leaving behind a lasting legacy including establishing both the Supplier Partnership program and the Projects Committee.
Ranjana Ganguly, departing Treasurer, was instrumental in ensuring PSCI’s financial sustainability and driving the PSCI’s presence and activities in India.
Rincy Joseph, departing Secretary, provided clarity and direction to PSCI’s governance, and led strategic initiatives such as the forthcoming upgrade of the PSCI’s digital platform.

As Rob Williams transitions to Past Chair, we extend our sincere gratitude for his impactful leadership and dedication. During his tenure as Chair, Rob achieved key impacts including:
- Advancing the PSCI’s approach to collaboration, establishing new partnerships with the Sustainable Markets Initiative and MyGreenLabs.
- Building the PSCI’s external profile through engagements with CDMO Live and CPHI.
- Taking the Member Meeting to China for the first time, hosted at AstraZeneca.
