Anne-Laure Demarcy, Head of Environmental Sustainability at UCB, will join the Board in a non-voting, one-year guest position, supporting a diversity of perspective in the PSCI's governance.

Speaking of her appointment Anne-Laure says,

About the guest role
2026 PSCI Chair, Lucy Latham is expecting her second child in spring and
in accordance with the PSCI Bylaws, the Vice Chair and Chair will jointly cover the Chair role during Lucy’s absence. We thank Rob Williams and Peter Nestor for their support in this matter.

The PSCI Board agreed to open up one temporary guest position on the Board, in a non-voting role, intended to maintain diversity of perspective in PSCI’s governance, for a period of 12 months or until the Chair's return.
