PSCI Member Meeting April 2018

10 - 12 Apr 2018

Members are warmly invited to the PSCI member meeting, hosted by AstraZeneca in Sweden.

This event is a chance to:

  • hear about the PSCI's plans and shape the direction of travel
  • learn about and discuss current hot topics
  • meet fellow members and share best practice

Please note there are two venues being used for the meeting.


Tuesday 10th April: Hotel Skogshöjd

Wednesday 11th and Thursday 12th April: AstraZeneca Sweden Operations, Huvudporten/ Main Gate, B381, Forskargatan 18, 151 85 Södertälje


The event is free to attend but you must register. Please register now. Registration closes on 21st March. Each member company can bring up to 3 representatives so please coordinate with your PSCI lead.

Confirming your arrival and departure dates

Several of the committees are meeting on Tuesday 10th. Please liaise with your committee lead to confirm timing. We will run an introductory session for new members at 16:30 on Tuesday 10th.

Getting there

The easiest international airport is Stockholm Arlanda. You will find taxis in front of the airport. You can also get a train to Sodertalje Centrum and walk (0.8km). Parking is also available at both venues.


We have held rooms at the Hotel Skogshöjd. To book a room, please email the hotel here, provide your check-in and check-out dates, the booking number; 46473046 and your name. You will be charged a discount rate of 1050 SEK per night.

You must book before Friday 9th March to guarantee getting a room.
