The Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) has been in force in Germany since January 2023. The law strengthens human rights and environmental protection in global supply chains and requires that companies carry out due diligence on their own operations and on their direct and indirect suppliers. This is the second webinar in a three-part series. The first session covered requirements related to human rights due diligence (slides and recording are available here). This second webinar will be a deep dive into the Act's environmental requirements. The final session will be a roundtable for PSCI members to exchange on challenges and best practices preparing for the Act, including key initiatives and governance (date TBC, for PSCI members only).
