This seminar will decode the "Three-Step Framework" of the decarbonisation handbook, using 7 key impact areas in the pharmaceutical industry—R&D/Clinical, Laboratories, Production & Energy, Supply Chain & Logistics, Packaging, and Green IT—as a guide. It will break down the potential, cost, implementation timeline, and regulatory complexity of 24 actionable carbon reduction measures one by one, assisting EHS, Procurement, and Operations teams in collaboratively developing a localized priority action list.
